"Find someone else, paid my premium for the year but had to move away 5 months into it due to a family emergency. I informed them of this but yet 8 months later receive a past due notice on a property I haven’t lived at since last August. Not only was Rebecca rude and insistent that I did not inform them of this but she refused to take into account that I have not lived in the state since August and said not only would I not be receiving any prorated refund but that I still owe for the policy renewal on a property I haven’t lived at in more than 6 months. I have documentation showing everything but she was not interested in any of that. If you don’t want to be conned out of money find another agent! Regarding your response: How can I possibly prove an office visit? I have documentation showing I moved out of the property in August but that is not sufficient for you. I am glad you responded the way you did, you are showing you have no ethics. You are the only person I had any issues with canceling services upon my move. I pay all my bills on time and ahead of time when possible as I did with you, which I now see was a mistake. I hope that others considering using your services will see this experience I had with you and find a better agent that appreciates good paying customers. I never expected a “professional” refuse to remove a charge on a policy renewal over something as minute as documented proof I spoke to your office regarding my policy cancellation made 8 months prior (which I paid in full for the year and have only asked that the renewal policy be cancelled out and charges removed although I should also be entitled to a refund for the 8 months I was no longer at the property.) SHAME ON YOU! I have never had any issues with anyone at State Farm in my life until now, you are proof there is could always be a bad apple no matter where you go! I will be contacting your corporate offices and informing them of your poor business practices, refusing to remove a renewal charge over “he said she said” when I have documentation showing I moved out of state in August. I will also inform every contact I have in your area about your business practices. All of this over something as simple as cancellation of a renewal which you refused to do or accept any proof I have of my move."

My underwriting department will make the ultimate decision on the cancellation date and if any premium is due since you cancelled the policy after the renewal date. In a time where customer service seems to be lacking, its good to find a corporation that puts clients needs first and willing to help as much as possible. "I have yet to deal with anyone in this office who is unfriendly. Granted, that’s the reason you go with State Farm, although I have had agents who weren’t very personable. This office is great and I have probably spent two hours on the phone with them in the last three weeks. they actually care about what’s going on with you and want to make you feel comfortable with what you’re getting from them."

"Rebecca helped me get insurance at a reasonable price a number of years ago. She has answered the phone many times when I have called but her staff is always friendly and helpful also. They were there when I was out of state and had a problem. The All State in Cedar City worked with me to solve my problem. I will not change when the service is so gracious and caring."
